young and performance horses conveniently and at an affordable cost.
Whether your desire is to attend a few local shows per year or win a
national championship, Magic Hill Farm is able to help you achieve your
goals and "capture the magic of success!"
When the farm was purchased in 2003, it was in desperate need of repair
and much TLC. At one point, it had been a working farm with crops and
various farm animals. After painstaking and meticulous restoration by
Marcus Sadler Construction, over the last 5 years, the farm is well on its
way to being the beautiful facility Emily & Marcus envisioned it to
be. The 13 stall historic bank barn was fully gutted and rebuilt from the
inside out. The new renovation in the bank barn boasts:
~13 custom made 10'+ x 12'+ rubber matted stalls (cherry stained & polyurethaned)
~heated wash stall with hot/cold water with oversized drain
~new feed aisle equipped with hot/cold water
~new bright lights in the main aisle
~new tack room /lounge area that is climate controlled with French entry
doors
~kitchen area in the tack room/lounge
~comfortable restroom
~new handcrafted storage cubbies in the tack room/lounge for each of the
boarders
~electric fireplace that serves as a trophy display
~laundry area with washer/dryer
~beautiful tongue & groove walls in the tack room/lounge, wash stall &
feed aisle (cherry stained & polyurethaned)
~New tongue & groove stained wood & Andersen windows with shutters

In 2005, MHF added a 4 -stall (12' x 12' fully matted) custom made shedrow
barn with Dutch doors behind the bank barn to house our expanding client
base.
Other added amenities of the farm include:
~100 x 200' lighted outdoor arena with sand/ screenings and beautiful
jumps
~ New paddocks fenced with non-climb wire mesh fencing and stained top
boards
(all paddocks have a 15' aisle way between them for safety and great
hacking paths
~Small maintained apple/ pear orchard, great for picking treats for the
horses!
~Access to trails in the scenic Oley Valley
Looking into the future, Magic Hill Farm is planning to add a new 18 stall
